Posted February 2025- Tanya is by far the most amazing attorney I have ever had to work with (and in my career that’s a lot of them). I have a legal plan through work and my expectations weren’t high on the quality of attorney but she blew the expectations out of the water. We have had a tremendous amount of set backs throughout our transaction and she walked us through each and every one of them. She responded to us on weekends, evenings and the like. When we needed her she was there. I cannot say enough good things about her. If you need a real estate attorney she should absolutely be at the top of your list. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to for this.

Posted: February 2024- We actually used Tanya's services for THREE real estate transactions in the space of just a few months - we sold a house and a condo, and bought a house. We had difficulties with all three deals (with the seller, the buyers, the realtors and attorneys...) and Tanya was on top of everything, always, every time. I told her what a relief it was to me, many times, that she was our attorney. I wish we could give her TEN stars - we recommend her in the highest possible way.

Posted: June 2023- Tanya acted as our attorney when we bought a house and also later when we sold our home. She exceeded our expectations in both transactions. While the buying was fairly simple, the sale of our house had a lot of hitches and at every turn Tanya advised us and provided all the necessary information to make the transaction smooth. Posted on July 21, 2022- We used Tanya for a house sale / purchase in early 2022. Tanya was great to work with and made the stressful process of selling / buying a house much easier.
